Booking requests are subject to confirmation. Submitting the current form does not automatically create a confirmed session until Jacob responds with the final time, location, and any payment instructions.

A session may be confirmed with a deposit, full payment in advance, or payment on the day depending on the session type and final arrangement. If cash payment is accepted, that is confirmed directly before the session.

Gold Coast is the main service area. Outside Gold Coast enquiries may require a higher price, adjusted timing, or a separate travel quote before the booking is confirmed.

This website currently accepts adult enquiries only. Junior sessions are not offered through the online booking flow unless Jacob later completes and verifies all required child-safety requirements.

Clients should give as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule. Weather, venue access, course conditions, or safety concerns may require a session to be moved, adjusted, or rescheduled.

If a client arrives late, the session may need to be shortened to protect the remaining schedule. Any specific cancellation, reschedule, or refund decision is confirmed by Jacob based on the circumstances and the payment arrangement already made.
